How it works
Requests, files and revisions all live in the panel. WhatsApp is for questions; the panel keeps the record.
- Open an accountRegister in the TunedFile panel. You can pay per file or buy a credit package for a lower price per file.
- Submit the requestSelect make, model, engine and ECU or TCU, choose the operations, note any hardware changes and upload the read from your tool.
- We write the fileA tuner writes the calibration by hand for your software version and checks it before delivery. Typical time is 30–45 minutes during working hours.
- Download and flashDownload the file from the same request and write it with your tool. If anything needs changing, ask for a revision in that request.
What to include
- The original read, unmodified
- Tool used to read the vehicle
- Hardware changes and fuel used
- Fault codes, if you need DTC work
Revisions
Ask for changes inside the original request and attach logs if you have them. Files, notes and versions stay together, so nothing gets lost.
