Frequently asked questions
Ordering, delivery, pricing and what we support.
How long does it take to receive my file?
Typical preparation time is 30–45 minutes during working hours. Complex setups and custom requests may need additional review; the panel shows the status of your request at every step.
How do I place a request?
Create an account in the TunedFile panel, open a new request, select make, model, engine and ECU, choose the operations you need and upload the read from your tool. You download the finished file from the same request.
Which vehicles do you support?
Cars, vans, trucks, agricultural vehicles and motorcycles. Availability depends on the ECU or TCU family. You can check typical figures for your vehicle in the tuning files section, or open a request and the panel will guide you.
What does a file cost?
Performance files start from $100 and DTC solutions from $50. The final price depends on the ECU, the operations and the platform, and is shown in the panel before you order.
Do I have to buy a credit package?
No. You can pay per file. Credit packages give a lower price per file and make sense if you order regularly.
Are revisions included?
Revisions are requested inside the original request in the panel, so the files, notes and logs stay together.
Which tools and file formats do you accept?
Reads from common tools such as Autotuner, KESS v2, KESS3, K-TAG, Flex, CMD and others, in raw formats like .bin, .ori and .hex. See the supported tools page for details.
Can I order through WhatsApp or Instagram?
WhatsApp and DMs are for questions only. Requests and file delivery are managed in the panel so every file has a record and a revision history.
Do you work with resellers and workshops?
Yes. Apply on the reseller page or message us on WhatsApp and we will set up your account.
Do you supply DPF, EGR or AdBlue solutions?
Emissions-related operations are supplied only for vehicles used off-road or in competition. Please read our off-road use policy before ordering.
